| Prior to the printing process we are happy to make any changes you desire. There is no charge for changes to your order as long as it hasn’t gone to print. Once you have placed your order and given approval on the proof it will be sent immediately to print therefore the order cannot be cancelled.
Our goal is to please you therefore if you are unsatisfied with your announcements you’re welcome to return them (with envelopes) however to cover printing and shipping costs there will be a 25 percent cancellation fee.
