Prior to the printing process we are happy to make any changes you desire. There is no charge for changes to your order as long as it hasn’t gone to print. Once you have placed your order and given approval on the proof it will be sent immediately to print therefore the order cannot be cancelled.
Our goal is to please you therefore if you are unsatisfied with your announcements you’re welcome to return them (with envelopes) however to cover printing and shipping costs there will be a 25 percent cancellation fee.
Proofs are sent out within 24 hours of receiving your photo(s) and your order will not be sent to print until payment has cleared and you havegranted your final approval on the proof. Bayberry offers superior customer service allowing you to work directly with a designer. Designs are routinely updated providing you with fresh selections. Ourphoto birth announcements, photo christening invitations, photo graduation invitations, engagement announcements, Christmas photo cards, and photo birthday invitations all come with envelopes and shipping is $5.95. If you're unable to find a design that appeals to you we'll happily design a photo birth announcement or invitation for your special event just for you. All of our photo announcements and invitations can be customized for your specific occasion, i.e., Twins, Adoption, Shared Birthday, Housewarming, Baby Shower and more.
