1. Once you find a design that you like you will add that design to your cart (button is located on the right side of the design detail page). There you will enter in the text you would like to have printed along with any alterations, i.e., fonts, colors, etc.
2. You will then upload your photo(s) and we will promptly begin on your proof. If our photo upload center is not functioning please email your photos to our Head Designer, Jill. Please be sure to include your last name in the Subject line of your email.
3. You will receive an e-proof within 24 hours of receiving your photos and text information. You will email a response in one of two ways:
a. All information is correct and the design is approved
OR
b. A list of changes and/or typos to be corrected, requesting another proof
4. Upon receiving an emailed approval, Bayberry Announcements will immediately send your announcement/invitation to print.
5. Once the printing process is complete (3-4 days) your announcement/invitation will be sent via Priority Mail to the mailing address provided by you on the order form you completed during the check-out process and that's it!
Due to popularity and professional recommendations, our announcements and invitations measure 4x6. Upon request we can supply 5x7's at $2.00 each and they include white envelopes.
Bayberry Announcements are printed on high-quality, semi-gloss (not high gloss) Fuji Crystal Archive paper. Providing better colors and richer detail, Fuji Crystal Archive paper is longer-lasting, thicker, and overall a better quality.
Yes. Upon receiving your order and photos we will mock up a proof for you to look at. You will then respond in one of two ways, 1. that the design and information is correct and approved for print or 2. the changes you would like to see, therefore requesting another proof. It is mandatory that you send an email approving the design and content of the announcement or invitation before it is sent to print.
Please note that within 24 hours you will receive an e-proof for your review and approval. We do not offer instant online previewing, instead you will have a personal relationship with the same designer throughout your entire process.
We are able to accept all major credit cards through PayPal (which also allows for payment by e-check via your checking account, however please be prepared to wait a few additional days for the check to clear on our end. We cannot send an order to print until payment has cleared.)
Keep in mind that you do not need an account with Paypal to make your credit card payment. Once your order goes to the PayPal screen to finalize payment, the order details will not all show up; but we assure you that your order confirmation from us will contain all details of your order. PayPal's payment page simply cannot display all details.
If we receive your complete information and images immediately and you approve the proof within 24 hours of receiving it, the entire process should take between 7-10 business days. If you need to rush your order there will be a flat charge of $20.00 to accommodate the shipping difference and expedited printing.
An ecard, is an enviornmentally friendly alternative to the traditional paper announcement or invitation. When purchasing an ecard, you are purchasing a high resolution .jpg file that you can either email to friends and family or for those who don't have access to a computer, you can have a couple printed at your local photo lab.
To purchase a digital design simply fill out the form to the right of the page and click on the "Add to Cart" button and proceed to check-out.
Email over the photo you'd like to use
We will email over a proof within a few hours for you to approve (or change) and once you're happy with the design you will receive via email a high res JPG file that is all yours.
1. When you place your order there is a section that will allow you to type in any special requests and the text you would like to have printed.
AND/OR
2. When you email your photos (please make sure your last name is in the Subject line), in the body of the email just list the file names of the images and where you would like each one positioned. For example:
We have the ability to clear up blotchy skin tones, red eye, drool, and food as well and lighten a photograph if necessary. We are also able to change a color image to black and white, sepia or apply hand tinting. We are however, unable to sharpen already blurry or low resolution (grainy in appearance) images.
Yes. We can work with you to create ANY type of photo card. Above and beyond what you see listed on this site. For a small fee, we can work with you to create a custom invitation/announcement.
A minimum of 1200x1800 pixels is required for a 4 x 6 print at 300dpi. Be sure to set your digital camera to the highest resolution setting possible, if you need more information on how to change the resolution setting please check your owner's manual for details. If you're still not sure if your image meets the requirements, we would be happy to check for you, just send your image to jill@bayberryannouncements.com and in the subject line type "Image Check".

Proofs are sent out within 24 hours of receiving your photo(s) and your order will not be sent to print until payment has cleared and you havegranted your final approval on the proof.
